Condition Grading

This is our guide to our condition gradings. All units ship in perfect working condition, unless otherwise stated. If you need any extra information about the condition of a unit, please get in touch here.

New - This is a new and sealed product in an unopened box. VAT will be charged at 20%.

Open Box/Like New - The unit has been removed from the box, but is in perfect condition. It may be a returned purchase and hasn’t been repaired in anyway.

Excellent - This unit is in perfect condition with no cosmetic damage and in perfect working order.

Very Good - This unit has light signs of wear, no major dents or scratches and is in perfect working order

Good - This unit may have signs of daily wear. Scratches, imperfections and markings may be visible. The unit is in perfect working order.
